Quench your summer thirst with a Devil's Corner Rosé Sangria, combining a vibrant blend of summer fruits and 100% Pinot Noir Rosé.
- 1 bottle Devil's Corner Pinot Noir Rosé
- 1 cup orange liqueur
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 2 cups sparkling water or lemonade (chilled)
- Ice cubes
- In a large jug, combine Devil's Corner Pinot Noir Rosé with orange liqueur and brandy.
- Add the sliced oranges, lemons, limes, strawberries, and peaches and stir.
- Just before serving, add sparkling water or lemonade for a refreshing fizz.
- Stir gently to combine and taste; topping up with extra lemonade if necessary.
- Serve the Rosé Sangria over ice in glasses, ensuring each serving gets a generous mix of fruit.
Tip: to really allow the flavours to shine, chill Sangria in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
